Your Recommendation Can Help a Neighbor

Some of the best local contractors are discovered through people who have already worked with them. If you know a contractor you’d confidently recommend to a friend, neighbor, or family member, we’d like to hear about them.

Homeowner Referral Program

How It Works

1

Tell Us Who You Recommend

Give us the contractor’s name, trade, and a little information about why you’d recommend them.

2

We Contact and Review Them

We invite the contractor to apply and review their business information and applicable licensing and insurance requirements.

3

Qualified Contractors Can Join

Contractors who meet JCTC requirements may become JCTC Verified and be considered for our local contractor directory.

Referrals Help Us Find Good Local Contractors

A homeowner referral is the beginning of our process—not an automatic endorsement. Every contractor must complete our review requirements before becoming JCTC Verified.

Refer a Contractor

It only takes a minute. Tell us who you think we should know about.

Johnson County Trusted Contractors reviews referrals before adding a contractor to the directory. Submitting a referral does not guarantee that a contractor will be accepted, verified, or listed.
